Different inputs for different parts of the system
Coaching
Leaders appreciate a safe yet challenging space to think - where they can reflect on and better understand their aims and challenges, sound-board ideas and explore their own development.
The focus of work is both transactional and transformational; topics vary, but my clients typically describe the benefits as increases in levels of self-awareness, confidence and skill in areas such as personal leadership, strategy creation, personal communication and influence, the management of time, stress, and development of key internal/external relationships.
Team Coaching and Facilitation
A natural consequence of my work with leaders is to support them and their teams in building alignment on strategy and creating a culture that enables more creative and cohesive ways of working.
My approach is person-centred; recognising that people truly grow and develop only as a result of their own decisions; decisions made in response to new and rediscovered insights.
All my work is underpinned by a deep understanding of human psychology, organisation complexity, and multiple coaching and leadership methodologies, integrated through reflective practice.
Supervision
In-house coaches face very particular dual-relationship challenges and can take on more than they realise with their work within the organisation. Supervision - individually or in small groups - can offer ethical and qualitative duty of care. A safe space to reflect on their work: to restore energy, feed their own learning as a coach, and to develop and share good practice with others.
Mediation
When differences become conflicts and trust between colleagues is ruptured or lost, mediation can be a way to repair key relationships and find resolution. As a CEDR qualified mediator I have worked successfully with partners and senior managers, helping them to extricate themselves from entrenched positions and unproductive behaviours.
